So it has got to that time of the month when all us beauty lovers gather up our favourite products of the month and share them with the blogging/youtube community to share are favourites and too perhaps learn about some potential new favourites! I love seeing that bloglovin' and youtube are now starting to pop up with the april favourites. They are definitely some of my favourite blog posts and videos to watch and I thoroughly enjoy writing them too. This month I have used a lot of new products which have made their way to my favourites so I hope you enjoy this post!

Garnier Pure Active Micellar Cleansing Water
I absolutely love this miceller water. It cleanses my skin so well and gets rid of all make up and impurities on my skin. It also feels light and refreshing on the skin which is one of my favourite things about using a micellar water. I also tend to give my skin a quick cleanse with this on no make up days and it's just a really nice pick me up and your skin really does feel a lot cleaner and clearer as well.

L'Oreal's Skin Perfection Cleansing and Perfecting Milk
I can't believe I didn't discover this product sooner. I absolutely love it. I have been a huge fan of the Liz Earle cleanse and polish for the past few years now but it recently ran out and I wanted to try something lower end and save some money. This milk is absolutely incredible. It goes on the skin so easily and really cleanses it and removes all my make up. I can use it all over the skin, even on the eyes as it's hyper allergenic so it doesn't sting. It really helps my skin look so much cleaner and clearer and makes it feel so incredibly baby soft as well. The texture of my skin since using this has completely changed. I couldn't recommend this enough. Full review coming up on the blog soon.

Garnier Daily Rich Moisturiser for Dry to Very Dry Skin
Another product I have fallen completely in love with. I have used all the creams in this range even though I know they are for different skin types but this one just works wonders on my skin probably because I'm actually using the right one for my skin type. I find that the dry patches around my face has reduced by a considerable amount, The camellia oil within the cream really does help to nourish and hydrate my skin. I always use this in the morning when I wake up and at night before I go to bed. It has definitely improved my skin loads.

L'Oreal Skin Perfection Serum
I am a huge fan of the L'Oreal Skin Perfection range but there was one product I hadn't tried and that was the serum. I decided to pick it up one day and I haven't been left disappointed. I have a full review coming soon but I absolutely love this serum. I find it makes my skin look really healthy and glowy which I'm sure you all know I love. I am at the age where life becomes increasingly more stressful and that can really take a toll on my skin but I find this cream really does improve my skin in terms of darkness, makes it look a lot more even and makes my skin look incredibly soft. Again I have a full review coming up soon.

Liz Earle Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask
Now I did a review on my blog of this mask yesterday so I'm sure it'll come as no surprise to you that it's in my favourites. It is just perfect for my dry skin as it really hydrates it, leaves it feeling incredibly soft, improves the condition of my skin and gives a really nice texture to the skin so when it comes to applying make up it is a lot easier.

Collection Lasting Perfection and Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealers
These two concealers in my opinion are the best concealers the drugstore has to offer. I just think they hide blemishes incredibly well, gets rid of dark circles really well and just do wonders in terms of making your skin look practically flawless. I tend to use the collection lasting perfection concealer to hide all my blemishes and then use the collection lasting perfection concealer to brighten up my under eye area but both do incredible jobs on their own if you don't really want to use both.

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation
This foundation is just incredible. A lot of people on twitter recommended this to me so I decided to purchase it and I wasn't left disappointed. I absolutely love the medium to buildable coverage and the fact that it gives a really satin, dewy finish to the skin which is what I love. It's also really long lasting. I did a full review of this foundation HERE if you would like to find out more, but I would highly recommend this if you haven't tried it yet.

Herbal Essences Bee Strong Intensive Hair Mask
I won't lie here, I did buy this mask because of the gorgeous Nicole Sherzinger. I mean, her hair is absolutely amazing so when I saw her advertise the 'Bee Strong' products I knew I had to try it and I just absolutely love the range. This mask in particular is incredible. It leaves my hair feeling so soft and silky and also leaves it smelling absolutely amazing too. I absolutely love the honey and apricot scent because it leaves my hair smelling incredible without being too overpowering. I absolutely love it.

Victoria Secret Pink 'Wild At Heart' Body Lotion & Fragrance Mist
Since purchasing these products around three weeks ago I don't think there's been a day when I haven't used them. They just smell so refreshing and nice and really perfect for the spring and summer months. The body lotion is incredibly hydrating and light on the skin which I love as I hate really thick moisturisers during the warmer months. The fragrance mist is a nice everyday scent if you're not going anywhere special but obviously still want to smell nice. I did more in-depth reviews of the products HERE if you want to find out more.

So another month gone, another month of favourites. I have recently been on another shopping spree and I have so many reviews coming up on the blog so make sure to keep your eyes opened for that. On another note I'm sure you all know by now that my giveaway to win a Naked 3 Palette and A Birthstone Pandora Ring has now ended. The winner will be chosen tonight and notified at some point tomorrow. Thank you so much for entering and Good Luck to you all!

What beauty products have you been loving throughout April?
Hugs and Kisses

Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a lovely week so far. I really need to come up with new introductory sentences as I feel like I am always saying the exact same thing. Oops! Anyway, before I ramble too much today I thought that I would tell you about one of my favourite masks that I have been using for the past couple of months and it is the Liz Earle Nourishing Treatment Mask. I'm sure those of you who have been following my blog for a while now know that I have always struggled with finding a decent face mask however I think I have just found my perfect match. Keep reading to find out why!

Liz Earle has been a staple in my skin care routine for the past 2 years. I am absolutely obsessed with the cleanse and polish but I never really delved into other products in the range. However I spotted this little starter kit in Boots and immediately purchased it. The first thing I love about this product is the fact that it comes in a little bag which makes it look that little bit more indulgent and neat. Inside the little bag is a 50ml tube of the Liz Earle Intensive Nourishing Mask and a muslin cloth which I absolutely love. I already have a few in my drawer but you can never have too many! It just looks really nice and tidy stored away in my bathroom cabinet.

I also love the colour of this packaging. The rest of my Liz Earle products are a greyish green sort of shade but this is a very pale yellow which I love because then it's so simple for me to see what product is which and really sticks out. I know that you really shouldn't spent a lot of money on products based on their packaging but I'd be lying if I said that wasn't at least one of the things that drew me to this product. I just love it! The one thing I don't like about the packaging is the way in which is produced. I'd rather it come with a little pump as I find it quite hard to squeeze out at times. The first time I used this I could not get any product out so I squeezed to hard which meant it ended up going all over the bathroom mirror. Oops! But that's probably just my clumsiness!

The main product itself is absolutely amazing. The texture of the mask is basically like a cream which I absolutely love as when you apply it to the skin it's basically like applying a really think moisturiser. It's definitely one of the less messy masks I've ever used as most of my masks are clay and it gets all over my hands and everywhere else and isn't that neat, this however it just amazing. The mask includes ingredients such as borage, apricot kernel oil, comfrey, shea butter and rose scented geranium essential oils. All these ingredients are designed to sooth the skin and retain in the moisture whiles rehydrating, toning and balancing the skin out. Once I apply this mask I leave it on for around 15 minutes before rinsing it off with the muslin cloth and I find my skin is just so super soft and there's an immediate visible result. I love that this mask doesn't have that scary face mask look when you apply it. It looks just like a thick layer of cream that you have forgot to blend in which I love. It doesn't feel greasy or heavy on the skin which I have found with some face masks as well.

I tend to use this mask twice a week and I find that my skin is just in immaculate condition afterwards. I have quite dry skin which is the main reason I purchased this mask as I was intrigued to see if it would really nourish my skin and I definitely haven't been disappointed. All the dry patches I used to have around on my skin, particularly on my cheeks and around my nose, have disappeared and it's just become a lot easier to apply my make up to those areas. I find my skin looks a lot more healthy and in really nice condition. It also leaves my skin with a glow that lasts for a long time which for me is an absolute bonus as I love having glowy skin.

Overall this face mask definitely gets a 10 out of 10 for me. This face mask claims to be for all skin types but if you are like me and have quite dry skin or even patches of dry skin I'd highly recommend picking this up as I think it will do wonders for your skin however whatever your skin type, this mask will just be ideal for you. It's just an incredible product and I will definitely be repurchasing it in the future. Click HERE where you will be able to purchase the starter kit which is photographed in this post for £16 or you can just purchase the 50ml mask for £15. If you just want to try a sample size then you will be able to purchase that along with the muslin cloth for just £6.00 which I find pretty good. If you're looking for a decent face mask at the moment or new ones to try then Liz Earle's Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask is for you!

Have you tried any Liz Earle face masks before? What is your all time favourite face mask?

Hey everyone! So today I thought I would another pinterest inspired post for you all. I think this is the second post regarding pinterest that I've done this month but I have just been so addicted to it. When I'm lying in my bed at night and can't sleep I will always scroll through pinterest and just pin things to my own board whether it's home interiors to fashion to even summer pictures to really get me in the mood. It's definitely one of my favourite apps and I think I've definitely overused it this month. Today I thought I'd show you more of the things I've been pinning regarding hair, swimming and quotes and why! Keep reading to find out more.

This month I have been looking for a ton of hair inspiration. My hair is always down and long and straight and I really don't style it that much which is awful as I can do so much with my hair but I don't. I'm really wanting to get a fringe put in at the moment but because Summer is just around the corner I've decided against it because I think it'll be too hot for that. I also love the colour of the hair in the second photo. Like an aubergine purple sort of shade. I really do like it and I actually went a similar shade around 2-3 years ago and really liked it. I pinned the third photo purely because I hate wearing my hair up. I just don't like it even though I know I look better with it tied up. However there are just so many cute styles like tying it up with a little ribbon at the top and making it cute and girly. I'll definitely be experimenting more with my hair this summer.

Summer is coming up as we all know and I don't yet have a holiday planned, however I do know I want to go somewhere that's preferably right near the beach. This definitely means I'm going to need some cute swimwear as my current swim stuff just isn't making the cute. I'm not really a bikini girl. It comes down to confidence and the fact I'm just not that keen on them which I know is probably crazy but I think one pieces and tankinis are a lot more sophisticated for me, personally.

I love the floral print swimsuit with the peplum bit as I think it's really cute and stylish and would be quite flattering on me. I also love the colour of the second swimsuit too. It's a colour that definitely suits my skin tone. I also love the fact it shows a little bit of skin without being too revealing which I personally don't like. The same goes for the black two piece at the end . I love the design and the fact that it just falls nicely on the figure without being clingy and without showing too much skin. Very classy!

This month I have been pretty down in the dumps and quite upset. There's just been a lot of things stressing me out and getting to me and I just haven't been my usual bubbly outgoing self. I have loved looking on pinterest for different inspirational quotes to just really put me in a good mood. The first one in particular is very important. I tend to be a person to talk a lot about what I want but never really do anything about it because I can never see it working out however this is definitely a quote that just pushes me to get up and out there to make it happen.

I also love the second quote as it's basically about being a good person. This might sound vain but I don't care, I would like to think I'm these things already. I think they are very important characteristics to have and something everyone should aspire to have. The final quote is my favourite quote at the moment. I first heard it in the new Cinderella movie but I absolutely love it. I think it's so important to have courage and be kind and these are definitely two things I hope I am.

I absolutely love pinterest and I love writing these types of posts and showing you what I post on different boards and the reason behind them as well. I never post a pin just because I like it, there's always a reason, whether it's meaningful to me or because I've been really craving that food, or I've been interested in having a certain hairstyle etc. I just love pinterest. Obviously all the images came from pinterest so I don't take credit for any of them. You can check out my other boards and follow me HERE. Make sure to leave your links below so I can check them out and follow you.

Hey everyone! Hope you are all having a good start to the last week of April! I can't believe how fast this year is going! It's so scary! Today I thought that I would do my monthly non-beauty favourites for you all as I have quite a lot of favourites this month. I decided that I would split them up once again into beauty and non-beauty so without me rambling too much here's all the non-beauty things I've been loving this month.

This month I have been reading a lot and one of my favourite books has been one from Sophia Kinsella who I've heard a lot of from other bloggers. This is my first book by her and I absolutely loved it. I think I read in in about 3 days, it was just really good, funny and just an easy read. If you're going on holiday soon and need a good holiday read I'd highly recommend this one. Basically it's about a woman who has a lot of secrets but then she decides to tell someone who she thought was a stranger on a plane. It's really good so definitely check it out.

My second book favourite has been a blogging guide by the lovely Dana Fox who blogs over at Wonderforest. I saw this book in a couple of videos and on youtube and I knew it was definitely something I had a purchase. As a blogger I do have those days where I literally do not have a clue what to write about but this book contains 365 ideas, all of which are very inexpensive. There's an idea on every single page and it is just amazing. If you're a blogger and you always get stuck on what to write about this will be an absolutely amazing purchase for you!

I've been listening to Taylor Swift's 1989 album a lot this month. I just love all the songs so much on it and 'Welcome To New York' has definitely been my favourite song. I am so excited for her next album already! I really hope she keeps a similar sound to the 1989 album as it's just amazing.

My film favourite of the month has been 'Love, Rosie'. This is by the same author who wrote PS I Love You and I absolutely love it. It's such a feel good girly easy to watch film. It will make you laugh and it will make you cry, unless of course you have the emotional range of a teaspoon! It's just brilliant. The book was originally called 'Where Rainbows End' by Cecelia Ahern but she changed it to 'Love, Rosie'. If you haven't seen it yet I'd recommend it so much. Lily Collins is such an amazing actress.

Now this phone case is technically last month's favourite as well but because I forgot to include it in my favourites post in March I thought I'd include it in this month's post as I still haven't fallen out of love with it. I'm obsessed with phone cases. I have a drawer in my room full of them as I just absolutely love them. However I saw the lovely Polly from Sighh Designs add a few new designs onto her website and the one that caught my eye immediately was this amazing hot chocolate phone case. If you know me, you know that I'm obsessed with hot chocolate. I just love it so much and I can pretty much drink it any time of the year as it's one of those drinks that calms me down. I just knew that I had to purchase it and it's not really been off my iPhone since. It's such good quality and if you haven't checked out Sighh Designs then click HERE to see more amazing products!

I've been experimenting a lot with food this month, especially breakfasts as breakfast was always that one meal of the day I just couldn't eat. I always felt sick at the sight or smell of it and I just never really ate anything until around lunch time which I know isn't good but I just couldn't stomach food in the morning, I was browsing through the lovely Tanya Burr's book and I noticed she had a recipe of overnight oats where you make it the day before and keep it in the fridge so when you wake up the next morning your breakfast is already there for you to eat. I absolutely loved the look of it and it's absolutely delicious. I tried to get a clearer view of the recipe with my camera so those of you who don't have Tanya's book but like the sound of this could just get the recipe however, my camera just wouldn't allow me. I am planning on doing a few recipe posts in the future so make sure you stay tuned for that!

My TV show favourite of the month has definitely been 'Once Upon A Time'. Since catching up on Pretty Little Liars I was desperate for a new TV show to watch and lots of people on twitter kept saying how good it was so I decided to give it a whirl and I am hooked! It's about a bunch of fairy tale characters who have been placed in today's world and it's just really interesting and good and has so many different twists and turns. I find the casting of this show to be absolutely spot on and the story lines for them are super amazing! You won't think of them in the same way after you watch it but I love it! I've just started Season 2 and I'm on the third or fourth episode but I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it especially if like me you're a huge Disney lover!

So this is all my non-beauty favourites this month and truth be told this was hard to narrow down. I'm thinking I might start doing videos for my favourites in the near future because I always have a ton of things I want to talk about and I think it would be great to have a little extension of my blog. What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments below if you'd like to see me do videos! For those of you who might not know this I do actually have a few videos up on youtube already which you can check out HERE. Please ignore my awkwardness, shyness, horrific eyebrows (I've since taken care of them) and even more awkwardness and let me know what you think in the comments on the video underneath this post and make sure to subscribe too!

April Non-Beauty Round-Up

I might be doing a post about it soon as it's just stuff that I need to get out. However today I thought that I would do my monthly musical playlist. Every month over on spotify I do a playlist of all songs I've been listening too and loving that month. Hey everyone! So this post is a tiny bit overdue to do forgive me. If you follow me on twitter/instagram or have me on facebook then you will know that on the 14th of April, so two weeks ago I headed to Glasgow to meet up with a friend who I worked with last summer to go and see one of my favourite male singers at the moment, Olly Murs. We are both huge fans and decided to purchase tickets for Glasgow purely because my friend is heading to Turkey to work for six months and he wasn't coming to London until after she's gone. That was fine with me as I'm half scottish and never really seen Glasgow before anyway so we had a lovely time catching up as I hadn't seen her since the summer. We then headed to the Hydro SSE in Glasgow to see Olly and we had standing tickets which meant that we could get down early and be sure to be near the front. As you can see from the photos we had a pretty good view! Keep reading to check out more photos!

Olly Murs was absolutely incredible. I've been a huge fan of him since the X Factor even though I did want Joe McElderry to win the year he was on it. Sorry Olly! He's just such a cheeky chappy and really knows how to make the crowd excited and provide a good show. He performed all the hits from his new album titled 'Never Been Better'. I will be honest here and say I never actually properly listened to the album before going to see him but that didn't matter as I was excited to hear them live. I listened to the album properly the whole way back to London though!

I'm actually proud of the photos above. He really does love to move around a lot and it was really had to get a good shot of him so I'm really pleased with how the above photos turned out! Some of the blurry ones which I still have in a folder on my computer have him doing the weirdest facial expressions ever though! They really do make me chuckle! But he is such an emotional singer and you can really hear it in his voice. When he sung 'Dear Darling' I definitely shed a tear. It was so beautiful!

A couple of photos with Olly and his back up singers. They were all amazing. The two guys have apparently been with Olly since his very first tour! That's pretty amazing! The songs they did together were beautiful too and they all have such amazing talent. It's so easy to see that they are all friends and enjoy having a laugh together. I loved that!

The gorgeous Ella Eyre decided to join Olly on stage for a duet too! I'm sure you all know which song it is but I won't post it in case you have yet to see him live but they are both amazing. She is his support act and she has incredible energy!! I love her songs and I'll definitely be going to see her live in the future as she's incredible live. Her and Olly Murs are also clearly good friends and the duet was so lovely to watch! You really are in for a treat if you have yet to see him live.

No it's not a skirt Olly is wearing it's a Scottish Kilt! This did make the whole audience laugh and made them chant 'off off off' as he had trousers on underneath. Sadly he didn't oblige haha! But it was pretty funny!

All  the tickety at the end of the show!! It looks purple because of the lighting but it was actually silver. I managed to scoop some up to put in my memory box for back home. Does that make me pathetic? Oops! All in all it was an absolutely amazing night. We were standing for about 4-5 hours in total but our feet really didn't hurt at all as you just get caught up in all the excitement that you forget about your feet!  He is just incredible live and it definitely made me love him even more. I'm so excited that he'll be presenting the X Factor later this year! If you have yet to see him you'll have an absolutely amazing time. He performs the majority of the songs from his new album as well as his older songs with a few surprises thrown in for good measure. Those of you who love Olly but have never thought about seeing him live...you're missing out as he's honestly amazing and even better looking in person! Can't wait for his next album and his next tour! I'll definitely be seeing him again...in London though mind you!

Have you seen Olly live before or on this tour yet? Have you yet to see him perform?

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE! Hope you have had a lovely week and are ready for a nice relaxing weekend! Today I thought I would do a little bit of a different blog post for you all. I have been so busy recently with family and friends and I just haven't really had time to properly sit down and write a blog post. Because of this I thought it was a good time to take a small break but I am back now and thought that I would tell you about some of the places in the world I would love to visit. If you have been following my blog for a while then you will know how much I love travelling. After doing a GCSE in travel, then a diploma at college and then a DEGREE at university in tourism I guess it'll come as no surprise to you how much I love it! If you have been following me on pinterest then you will know how obsessed I am with pinning different pictures of beautiful places in the world I'd love to visit. So without me rambling to much here's a short list with reasons why I love each place!

Disneyland, Paris
Now I have been to France around 13 times throughout my life with family during my childhood. However, throughout that time we never ever visited Paris and it has been literally my dream to go there since I was about 5 years old. I've never been to Disneyland which is a crime because if you know me you'll know how much I love Disney! If you follow me on twitter then you would have seen me say earlier that I'm thinking this year to go there for my birthday. Yes, I will be 24 years old but hey, you're never too old for Disney! So many youtubers have been there recently too and all their vlogs have just made me want to go even more!

Santorini, Greece
Greece is another place I have always wanted to go. It's just so beautiful, however I have been reading a lot about Santorini and it's just such a beautiful place. I know Zoe, Niomi and Tanya, went there last year and after reading their blog posts and seeing all their photos it's just made me want to go even more. Maybe next year I'll finally get to go. It's just a place in the world I just have to see!

Venice, Italy
Venice is a place in the world that sadly won't be there for that much longer. It's slowly sinking due to the rising water levels and it saddens me greatly. It's just such a stunning place and everyone I know who's been there has had nothing bad to say about it. I just really hope someday soon I can visit this beautiful place.

Sydney, Australia,
Sydney is one of those places that means a lot to me and is one of those places I know I have to visit. My Dad lived there for four years when it was in his late 20s, early 30s. I have two step-brothers there who I have never met but who I am desperate to meet and a lot of my favourite TV shows growing up were filmed around Sydney and in Australia in general. I am also obsessed with the Australian accent. It's just a place I know I have to spend some part of my life in.

Taj Mahal, India
One of the 'new' seven wonders of the world. The Taj Mahal is somewhere that I have been so fond of visiting from a very young age. I have always been fascinated by India and the Indian Culture. My mum is from Mauritius which isn't near India but the way they live and cook and traditions are very similar. I have grown up watching Bollywood films and listening to bollywood music, going to Indian weddings and I have loved it. The Taj Mahal was always mentioned a lot to me growing up. My cousin who lives in Mauritius recently visited it and she absolutely loved it.

Trevi Fountain, Italy
Another beautiful place in Italy. I just find this fountain so beautiful. I think everything about it from the architecture, to throwing a coin in and making a wish is just so stunning. It also reminds me of the Lizzie Mcguire movie and yes I know the chances of me finding out I'm a doppleganger for a famous celebrity in Italy is very slim (watch the film if you don't understand that reference) but that's really what introduced me to this part of the world.

Central Park, New York
Now if you follow me on twitter or know me in real life then you will know how desperate I am to go to New York in general. I just absolutely love everything about it. I'm a city girl at heart so any city in the world is somewhere I know I must visit but New York or the 'Big Apple' as some may call it is definitely number one on my list and always has been. Central Park is massive and I just would love to take a nice stroll through it, I know we have Hyde Park here in London but it's just not the same and I'd love to see if it's like what you see in movies. I just have to visit New York. It's not even a case of wanting to anymore. I HAVE GOT to go!

Mount Fuji, Japan
In the past couple of years I have become really interested in Japan, China and other Asian places around the world. However, Mount Fiji has ALWAYS been a place I have wanted to visit. I just think it's so amazing and I would love to climb it. I just think it's one of the most beautiful mountains in the world and I'd love to see it up close.

Verona, Italy
I've just realised that there has been a lot of Italy in this post! Verona was never really a place that stuck out at me as a place to visit until I watched the film 'Letters To Juliet'. The way they shot the film was so beautiful and they really captured how stunning Verona is! I would love to visit Juliet's House and Lake Garda and all these places you hear about but sound like a complete dream. I just really hope one day I can go here. If you haven't seen 'Letters To Juliet' watch it and then you'll see why I fell in love with the place!

So here are a few places that I want to visit in the world. There are much, much more believe me but for now I'll leave you with this short list. If you would like me to do more of these types of posts then let me know in the comments below and I will definitely take your suggestion on board! I love writing these as I love letting you guys know more about me! Let me know in the comments below too if you have been to any of these places! I promise to not turn green with envy!

Where in the world do you want to visit?

Hey everyone! Hope you are all having a lovely Monday and the sun is shining where ever you are. I live in London and the weather is absolutely gorgeous today so I'm in a floral top, 3/4 length ripped jeans and sandals. I'm so glad the roll neck jumpers have now been pushed to the back of the wardrobe! I was getting a bit fed up of them. Anyway, back to the point of this post. Today I thought that I would do another beauty review because I really want to start getting back into beauty blogging as that was once what my blog revolved around but it's seemed to have taken a back seat recently. I have however bought a lot of beauty products so there will be a lot of beauty coming up on the blog soon and when I did my giveaway post and asked you all to comment about what you like most about my blog surprisingly a lot of you said reviews so I'm definitely going to make more of an effort to post more starting with today where I have decided to talk about the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation. I asked on twitter a few weeks ago what a good dupe was for Nars Sheer Glow and a lot of people said this particular foundation. I decided to purchase it and give it a whirl as it also just so happened to be a foundation from the drugstore that I hadn't actually tried. I just kept on using my trusty bourjois healthy mix which has quite a light coverage and I wanted something with a little bit more coverage that still looked like skin. I haven't been disappointed. Keep reading to find out more.

Hey everyone! Hope you are having a lovely Sunday. Today I thought that I would give you a little behind the scenes look at my blogging and tell you a little bit about my blogging essentials. These are basically all the things I gather together before I hit that publish button. Keep reading to find out what I need before I publish a post.

Camera & iPhone 5S: The camera I use for my blog posts is the Canon Powershot SX500 IS. I've had this camera since 2013 and I absolutely love it. I do eventually want to upgrade to a DSLR camera when I have a bit more money but for right now this camera does the job perfectly. The quality is brilliant. If you're after a good camera for blogging but you can't afford a DLSR like me than I'd suggest this one as it is really good. For when I'm out and about sometimes I don't want to take a big bulky camera out with me so I'll just use my iPhone 5S for photos. The quality isn't that bad at all on my iPhone.

Laptop: I just have a simple standard Packard Bell laptop but it allows me to type up blog posts simply. I do eventually want to get a Macbook as I want to get into youtube a little bit too but until then I'll be stuck with my regular laptop. You really don't need an expensive laptop to blog and mine has done me just fine for the past two years.

Dana Fox's 365 Blog Ideas Book: This has become one of my blogging essentials for the past couple of months. Dana blogs over at Wonderforest and does blog designs and is incredible! If you followed my blog from 2013-14 then you will know my original blog layout was from Dana. In the last  year Dana has also released a book. 365 Blog Ideas. I saw this all over instagram and then the lovely Kayleigh from CoutureGirl did a review and I knew right there and then I had to purchase it. It's honestly incredible. The book contains a blog post suggestion on each page and is super helpful and resourceful. I honestly don't know how I lived without it.

Blogging Notebook: Once the photos have been taken I like to get my notebook and bullet point each point I want to talk about in my notebook with a few notes. I find it so helpful and it really does help me to make sure the post flows and isn't going off on a tangent at times. Sometimes it does like now for instance but if you haven't got a blogging notebook I'd highly recommend getting one as they are so helpful.

Picmonkey: I honestly can't live without this website. I just find that this is the best photo editing tool out there and it's just so simple to use. It really is foolproof and the best part is that it's free! I would highly recommend it. It's what I've used to get text onto photos and use to make the photos a lot brighter. You can literally do everything on there! Highly recommend it if you haven't used it yet.

Twitter/Pinterest/WeHeartIt: All three of these social media platforms are amazing for bloggers. I love twitter for interacting with bloggers. I've met so many  amazing people on there, some of which I'm now lucky enough to call my friends. I also love pinterest and weheartit for finding inspirational pictures for blogposts. I just think they are perfect for when you have no photos taken for a post you can just find something relevent on pinterest or weheartit. Just make sure you put the source in your post!

Bloglovin' App: Bloglovin' is just amazing for finding different blogs to follow, seeing what posts are popular at the moment which is great for inspiration and also following all your favourite bloggers too. I have the app on my phone too so I am able to read blogs on the go on the tube or bus when I'm out and about. It's just amazing.

So there we have it. I hope you enjoyed this post about my blogging essentials. They are just so important I find when it comes to blogging. I would seriously be a disorganised mess if I didn't have any of these things. Just a little reminder too that you have just under 10 days left to enter my first blog giveaway where I'm giving away a Naked 3 Palette and a birthstone pandora ring. Hello everyone! Today I thought that I would do another personal post introducing you to some more facts about me. I have done a couple of these over on my blog before, however now that there are over 1000 of you following me I thought that why not do another one. I don't really consider myself an interesting person however some of you may or may not agree with that statement. I'm rambling, so let me just get into the facts.

I'm A Huge Star Wars Fan
The new trailer has just been released for the new film coming out at Christmas and I'm not going to lie here, I definitely did a little happy dance around my bedroom. I absolutely love Star Wars. I definitely had a little crush on Luke Skywalker from the original films and then on Anakin Skywalker in the newer films. Hello Hayden Christiansen is bloomin' gorgeous!! I envy Rachel Bilson!

I Am Ambidextrous
If you aren't aware what this is, it basically means I can write with both hands. I started life as a left hander however my mum encouraged me to write with my right hand as I was growing up. However I always used both. It definitely came in handy in school exams let me tell you! I loved bragging to people that I could write with both hands too. I don't know about you but it's something I don't hear from people everyday.

I Am Incredibly Shy
You may not think this if you follow me on twitter as I do come across fairly more confident than I actually am but I'm really bad. I talk but I tend to keep to myself and I'm really quiet when you first meet me. However trust me when I say you can't shut me up after a while. Blogging is definitely giving me a lot more confidence and stuff to meet new people so it's definitely something that I am learning.

I'm Boyband Obsessed
No, not in a creepy way I just absolutely love them. Westlife were my absolute favourite band growing up. Other boybands I loved growing up included N'Sync, Blue, Take That, Backstreet Boys. A1, Go forward 10+ years and I absolutely love One Direction, JLS and my new favourite boyband Collabro. I just can't get enough of them. Sorry!

I Come From A Very Cultural Background
My mum is from Mauritius and my Dad is from Scotland. However both of their sets of parents were from different countries too. All together within my family there is Irish, German, French, Indian, and of course English as I was born in England. It's no wonder I'm so obsessed with travelling.

I've Never Had A Stable Job
Before you judge, yes I have worked. I've actually had jobs most of my life. I've just been here, there and everywhere. I've worked in a tutor centre two days a week since I was 15. I then did work experience at a council where my Dad worked, I worked in a hair dressers again as work experience, I then worked as a canvasser for a little while which involved getting people to fill in forms entitling them to vote. I then worked with an event company whilst I was at university. Once I graduated university I got a job with Thomas Cook as a kids rep overseas which was amazing. I then came back and recently completed a months work experience in a job centre. I've just got a job working with British Airways on Check-In at Heathrow Airport too which I've super excited to start. Did I mention I'm quite adventurous? Oh I also babysat and child minded for a short time too!

My Music Taste Is So Varied
Anyone who looks at my iPod thinks I'm ridiculous because I have everything from opera, to RnB to pop to musical music. I have absolutely everything on there, it's crazy. The only music I don't like and I could never listen too is really heavy metal. I've tried it and it just didn't agree with me. Sorry heavy metal lovers!

I Hate My Blog Name
When I first created a blog I thought let me start off with my first and middle name and then see where it goes and I might change it. However I just didn't have a clue what to call it and I still have no idea. I guess having your name is easier but I just wish I chose a name that reflected more of my personality and what my blog was about. Ah well! FleurDanielle will have to do!

I'm Terrified Of Snakes
They are just so slimey and horrible. A few years ago I was on holiday with my family in the South of France and two small grass snakes slithered their way in front of me. I think I screamed for around 10 minutes!

I Do Everything Imaginable When I Sleep
I click my feet (don't ask how), sleep, walk, talk, laugh...I'm literally a nightmare when I sleep. I've had the recordings to prove it trust me...I'm just weird.

So there you have it. Just a few random facts about me. Let me know if you'd like me to do most of these posts and I'll try and think of a few more interesting things about me you may not know.

Let me know in the comments one interesting/funny fact about you!

Hello Girls and possibly guys reading this! Hope you are all okay and are having a lovely week so far! Around a week ago I went to Westfield's with my best friend, Jane. For those of you who don't know what Westfield's is, it's basically a huge shopping centre/mall in Shepard's Bush in London. We decided to go there purely for something to eat and to window shop, however I spotted a new addition in the centre. Victoria Secret Pink. I originally didn't go in intending to buy anything. I just wanted to browse to see what they had in the store.

However I did spot a few things that were on offer and as you know my obsession with skincare, I just had to purchase a few things as I've seen them mentioned in Meghan Rhienks' videos and a few other american youtubers videos as well. I noticed that Victoria Secret Pink were doing a 2 for £18 offer or 3 for £25 offer which I thought considering the price of the products individually was actually pretty good. Keep reading to find out my verdict on the products so far!

So after about 20 minutes deciding what scent to go for I decided on the 'Wild At Heart' scent. I just thought this smelt really nice, fresh, girly and perfect for the spring and summer months. I bought the body mist purely because they are a must for me in the spring/summer months. This body mist mainly contains notes of red passion fruit and sheer musk which I absolutely love. I find that the two combined are amazing and not too overpowering. The mist also contains aloe vera which makes it slightly beneficial for the skin too. I absolutely love it. It will be a perfect summer staple in a beach bag or even if your hand bag if you're going out for the day and need to freshen up throughout. Individually this would have cost me £15.00.

For the past 4/5 months my bathroom has not been without a scrub. Before I bought this one I was using the Glazed Apple one from the body shop, however I've been reaching for this more, particularly if I'm in a bit of a hurry or don't really want to spend too long in the bath. I absolutely love the fact that it's a 2 in 1 products, the two products being a body wash and scrub. Again this smells very similar to the body mist. This product contains Vitamin E and C which can be found in a lot of my favourite skincare products so I was already expecting big things when I saw that and I haven't been disappointed. It just leaves my skin feeling really soft and smooth whilst also giving it a really thorough cleanse. The original price of this scrub was also £15.00.

The final thing I decided on because by this point my friend was getting a tad bit fed up with me was a body lotion. Now I have enough body lotions to last me until I'm 60 odd however I just loved the chunky look of this one and the packaging and it just looked really pretty basically. Hey don't judge. When it comes to pink and pretty packaging I am a definitely sucker for them. I do love the overall product too though. I find the lotion definitely smells a lot stronger than the scrub and body mist but in a way I really like that. I'm one of those people who'll moisturise and then go downstairs and ask everyone to sniff me. (Don't lie and tell me you haven't done that at least once!). Because of the packaging I just think that this will last me a pretty long time! The original price of this was £13.00.

So there we have it! A mini victoria secret pink haul for you all! As you can see if I had gone on three seperate occasions to buy everything here it would have cost me a grand total of £43 which meant I saved £18. Not bad at all. I can't remember if this offer is on permanently or if it was just a special offer that they were doing. Either way it's definitely something I'd recommend taking advantage of. They have so many different scents but for the spring and summer months I definitely think this is the best!

Are you a fan of Victoria Secret Pink? What products/items have you bought from them previously?
