Hello Everyone. Hope you're all having a good week so far. I cannot believe it's Wednesday. Only two days left until the weekend. This week has already flown by. I actually cannot believe I am writing another monthly favorites post. It is ridiculous how fast this year is going! Anyway, before I start this post let me apologize for the not so good quality of these photos. Due to the yellowish tone to my wallpaper in my room my photos always end up looking not as bright as I would like and ends up looking like I've put a filter on it which I can assure you is not the case. It also doesn't help that it isn't as sunny or bright as it has been the past few days either but these were the best of a bunch I took so I apologize if they are not up to their usual standard. Anyway, before I continue to ramble on and on, let's get into my favorite products for July.

Dirty Works Moisture & Brightening Masks
Dirty Works were never a company I had heard from before I walked into Sainsbury's one Monday afternoon. Yes before anyone asks they are basically a cheap Soap and Glory rip off. However, if you ask me so far their products seem just as good! I absolutely love these facial masks. They are making such a huge difference to my skin. The moisture mask is a skin rescue mask and is aimed to rescue dehydrated skin. It is quite intense and moisturizing which is good as this has been making my skin look and feel a lot healthier. The masks contain hyaluronic acid as well which is already in the skin to retain water and avoids me getting those wrinkles. This has helped to leave my skin a lot more hydrated as well. The brightening mask is a vitamin boost mask which is more of a deep exfoliating facial mask. This leaves the skin feeling more radiant and fresher. I use both these masks twice every week and leave them on for five minutes, wash it off and pat my skin dry.Since using these masks my skin has been softer, brighter, clearer, hydrated and just generally a lot more healthy. If you would like a more detailed review let me know in the comments.

Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum
I've never been too picky when it comes to foundations however since purchasing this I think that will soon change as I don't think I'll ever be using another one and if I do it has got to match up with this foundation. This foundation blends into my skin perfectly and just has such a good formula. What I like the most about this foundation is that it doesn't actually feel like I am wearing any make up. It feels so light, improves the radiance of my skin and smells absolutely amazing as well. If you want to read more I did a more detailed review  HERE so you can go check that out if you fancy a new foundation and haven't tried this one yet.

Maybelline  Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer
When it comes to concealers I normally like them to be the from the same brand as the foundation I am using. However I spotted this being used in my friend Gabriella aka Velvetgh0st's youtube video and I just had to have it. The name of this product is such a mouthful  but it definitely lives up to it's name. It is an absolute dream to use. It has been making my eyes look so much brighter and covers those bags perfectly. As I suffer with insomnia this has been an absolute dream for me. I no longer have to worry about going out with dark circles as this just hides them perfectly and the concealer stays in place all day so there isn't really any need for touch ups. It also gives perfect coverage, isn't to heavy and adds a touch of highlighting as well. This is definitely another product I will be repurchasing. Again leave me a comment below if you would like me to do a more in depth review of this product.

Boots Vitamin E Eye Cream
I really needed an eye cream as my skin tends to get really dehydrated under the eyes for some reason. My skin is normal to combination everywhere else but mega dry under my eyes. When it comes to eye creams all I really need is something that is moisturizing and deals with the dryness of my skin and this definitely does the trick. It doesn't leave my skin looking greasy and definitely moisturizes and clears up the lines I tend to get near my eyes at times. There is so much product for a small tube as well which is a plus so I don't need to keep repurchasing. Definitely worth checking this out if you need a good eye cream. Like with the concealer and face masks let me know if you want a full review of this cream.

Simple Vital Vitamin Day Cream
I have already done a review of this product which you can find HERE but all I can say about this cream is that it has been my go to moisturizer this past month and a half. It is just so incredibly moisturizing. I love the fact that this cream has seemed to reduce the discoloration I tend to get on my face and also doesn't make my face seem as read in places. This mainly comes down to two of the ingredients within the cream which are pro vitamin B5 and vitamin E. Absolute lifesavers! I've noticed such a different to my skin when I use this cream and will definitely be purchasing the night time version as well. Be sure to check out my review to this cream as it is definitely a moisturizer worth purchasing.

Barry M Marshmallow Confetti and Blue Grape Gelly
If you follow my instagram or read my nail polish collection post HERE then you will know I am quite a big fan of Barry M. The colors are just so vibrant and the formula is quite thick meaning that you only need one coat and you're good to go. Barry M have released a new line for summer called the confetti range. The formula, as is obvious, contains bits of confetti in. I have been applying a base coat to my nails of another nail polish color and then applied the pink confetti polish on top as this leaves such a pretty finish. The nail polish stays in place all day which is a bonus. The Blue Grape gelly polish shade is a new shade that they bought out recently (or at least new to me anyway) and its just such a pretty navy blue color, doesn't chip and leaves a gorgeous shine on the nails. I only have a few Gelly polishes to get and then I'll have all the colors so you can tell that I really like them. Again if you'd like me to do a more detailed post of these two polishes with swatches let me know below.

Revlon Lip Butter in Berry Smoothie
This is definitely my lip color of choice at the moment. It just goes with everything I own, leaves a gorgeous color on my lips and suits my skin tone incredibly well. The lip butter is incredibly smooth when applying it and is incredibly moisturizing on the lips as well. This has been my lip color of choice at the moment as like I've said it just goes with absolutely everything. It also provides a glossy sheen on my lips which I love as well and doesn't need to be re-applied more than once throughout the day. If you haven't tried the revlon lip butters yet I would definitely recommend trying this one out!

Have you used any of these products before? Do you like them as much as me? What have been your favorites this month? Leave a link to your July favorites blog post if you have one, a link to you youtube video if you have one or just leave me a comment telling me what you've been loving. I'd love to be able to check out some new products.

Hello Everyone! Hope you've all had a lovely weekend so far. As my laptop is being repaired at the moment I have not  really been able to blog properly so I've decided to just edit and publish a few of the draft posts I had done before my laptop decided to break down. I was using it on Sunday morning, went out, came back and it wouldn't switch on or charge. Major annoyance as I had planned to blog a lot this week but never mind. I should get it back by next the end of this up coming week so I will be blogging a lot more. I have lots of new and exciting posts planned so there's lots to look forward to.

Today I thought I will tell you about one of my favorite perfumes by one of my favorite singers Taylor Swift. I know Taylor Swift isn't to everybody's taste but I personally love her and definitely don't think you need to be a fan of her to purchase this absolutely gorgeous perfume. I realize that this has been reviewed quite a lot already however I thought I would throw in my two scents anyway as not everybody's opinions will be the same so I hope you enjoy reading my views.

The perfume is called 'Wonderstuck' which follows the lyrics of one of my favorite songs by Taylor  called 'Enchanted'. The lyrics are 'I'm wonderstruck blushing all the way home'. The perfume comes accompanied with three gold charms which I thought was a beautiful touch however definitely not suitable for hand bag use as one of the charms is incredibly sharp and can and have caused a bit of damage if you're just reaching in for something.

The scent itself is absolutely incredible. I always get a bit not worried but a bit iffy when celebrities release perfume because sometimes they smell absolutely awful and other times they are really nice so I was definitely hoping her perfume would be just as good as her music and I haven't been left disappointed. The bottle is a strong holographic purple color with gold feature. A trait which is very noticeable in shops. The perfume itself contains hints of vanilla, raspberry and apple blossom scents and also has a little tinge of spices which create a perfect sweet and girly scent. This perfume is very versatile and can be used casually during the day time or in the evenings. Another reason I love this perfume so much.

I know that since this perfume has been released Taylor Swift has released two other perfumes, one of which is called 'Wonderstruck Enchanted'. The bottle is slightly different as it has 3 new charms that Taylor Swift has picked out and comes in a holographic red color. In the last couple of weeks or so Taylor Swift has also released a perfume called Taylor. I hope to try out these other two perfumes in the future. If you have yet to check out her 'Wonderstruck' which is her first perfume then I would highly recommend it.

Are you a Taylor Swift fan? Have you managed to get your hands on any of her perfumes? What are your views on them? Let me know in the comments below!

Review | Taylor Swift 'Wonderstruck' Perfume

Hi Everyone! I thought I'd step out of the beauty blogging regime today and tell you a bit more about what's happened in my life recently as well. I love reading lifestyle posts because I love getting to know the person behind the blog a lot more.

If you have been following me on twitter or instagram then you would have seen that I have mentioned me graduating numerous times. University wasn't exactly the best time for me. I struggled a lot in my second and third years. Second Year was particularly hard for me because I had lost friends, got myself into such a state financially and I also really didn't enjoy my course which was a shame. There was so many times I just wanted to drop out and just find a job because I was getting so fed up of sitting in front of a computer or book making notes for hours on end. But eventually it didn't matter. If  there's one thing I know about myself as negative as I can be I am also full of determination and I refused to quit what I had already started. As you can see it paid off because I am now a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management.

Below are some pictures of my day. I was lucky enough to be able to graduate at one of the most historic attractions in London, Westminster Cathedral. I had already been there numerous times for different things but this definitely goes to the top as most special and most memorable.

The above pictures were taken before the ceremony started. Me obviously in the cap and gown with my Dad and brother in the top picture and my mum and brother in the second picture. They were very proud of me and it felt good to have their support on the day.

The moment of truth! My name was called out and I walked onto the stage, surprisingly enough I didn't trip! If you know me in real life then you will know I am as clumsy as anything so I was quite pleased. A congratulations from the head of uni and a 'make sure you look at the camera' which is the moment they caught on camera as I quickly glanced to wear the photographers were and I stepped off stage to collect my degree certificate. I still can't believe that's me on the stage. 5 months ago I'd never have imagined that moment.

The after pictures were my favorite part. I only have a select few pictures as I do not want to upset anyone by posting pictures if they are uncomfortable with it. These girls have made my 3 years at uni worthwhile. All the tears and stressful moments were all worth it as we now had degrees and could go off to conquer the world. Cringy? Maybe a tad but oh well in a way it's true! We can now do whatever we want to do and go wherever we want to go. I hope we all stay in contact and that we are all successful in what we do but that most of all we are enjoying life. All the qualifications and jobs in the world don't mean anything if you're aren't happy.

Anyway, my graduation will definitely be one to remember, my family and I all went to London's Chinatown to have a Chinese Meal which was absolutely delicious. Chinese food is absolutely amazing. I still can't believe I have graduated and when I look back on that day it really does seem a dream. All the struggles and everything I went through was definitely worth it when I look at that certificate. Also if you wish to see more pictures from my graduation day then just click the instagram tab at the top of my blog and have a browse through.

Are you going to uni this September? Have you perhaps graduated already? If you need any tips or want a blog post on university life in the future then please let me know as I will be more than happy to share with you everything I have learned these past few years. Trust me, it is an awful lot.

My Graduation 18th July 2013

Hey Everyone! Hope you all had a fabulous week! I can't believe it's already the weekend and almost the end of July! This year is absolutely flying by. Anyway today I thought I'd do a review of one of my favorite products at the moment. This is the Soap and Glory 'Butter Yourself' Body Butter. If you haven't already noticed yes I am a bit of a soap and glory fanatic! My love for the brand actually started when their Sugar Crush collection came out and since then I have been absolutely hooked on their products purely because of their scent, quality and cute packaging!

I actually received this cream free as part of a special deal Boots had going on. I think it was spend £10 on Soap and Glory products in order to get this free which I thought was an amazing deal as the cream itself is normally around £10.50. I will include a link at the end of this post.  One of the main things I love about this product is the scent. It is quite fruity, sweet and girly and if you're like me and like your fruity, fresh and sweet scents then this will be right up your street.

The product itself contains exfoliating AHA's, orange waterjuice, shea butter, peppermint oil and fruit liquid fig as well as being scented with a new fragrance by soap and glory called 'Fruitigo'. The fruitigo fragrance contains a mixture of orange oil, green fig, jungle pompelmo and frozen yuzu. Now even though I haven't head of the last ingredient all of them combined create the perfect citrus and fresh scent. Definitely a  perfect fragrance for summer.

This moisturizer has definitely not left me disappointed. It is so moisturizing and melts into the skin which keeps it hydrated all day. It also sinks into the skin straight away which means you don't have to wait for it to dry before you put any clothes on. It doesn't leave the skin feeling sticky or greasy which is something you get with a lot of moisturizers so that is a definite plus for me.  Unlike most moisturizers that are quite heavy and thick this product is quite light. It is also quite rich which is absolutely fantastic if like me you have very dry skin, however this cream can also be used on all skin types and will work just as well. .

This product also leaves your skin feeling softer and leaves it looking healthy and glowing as well. I recommend trying this if you are a big fan of soap and glory moisturizers or if you just need to try out a new moisturizer in general. I don't personally use this moisturizer every day as I am just in love with the mango body butter from The Body Shop, however once that has run out I will definitely be switching to this as it is just so gorgeous and really uplifting which is definitely a bonus if you are quite an early starter and like to have showers in the morning. This will definitely wake you up and give you a boost. This 300ML tub from Soap and Glory can be purchased in Boots or online HERE for  £10.50.

Are you a fan of  Soap and Glory moisturizers? Which ones are your favorite? If you have used this moisturizer in the past or are currently using it what are you opinions? Leave your comments in the description below and let's chat!

Hello everyone! Hope you've all had a fantastic week! I thought that I would do a review of Soap and Glory's Heel Genius today. Foot creams aren't exactly the most talked about product within the beauty community purely because nearly everyone, including me absolutely hates feet. However in the summer time we all tend to have our feet out a lot more. This then leads to dry feet which isn't exactly the most pleasant thing to have. I mentioned this product in a couple of posts before. You can check them out HERE &  HERE

This cream is an absolute dream. Soap and Glory are well known for their absolutely gorgeous smells, cute packaging and extremely good quality products so when I spotted this in Boots I did not hesitate to purchase it. At the beginning of June I decided to sort out my feet and get a pedicure. In short my feet were in tip top shape with no dry skin or hardness and it was just a dream to have healthy looking AND feeling feet again. However in order to keep this in tip top shape I was told I would need to purchase a foot cream to prevent the state they were in before.

I don't think I will ever be using another foot cream. Not that I have tried every foot cream out there but this just works like a dream and is perfect for me. It has a blue gel like consistency which applies quite thickly to the feet and becomes  more like a cream the more you apply it to your feet. I tend to apply this just before bed as if you apply it throughout the day you'll just slip and slide all over the place and the moisture will just escape your feet. I apply it before bed and place very thin cotton socks over the top. This not only locks in the moisture but also avoids you slipping and sliding all over the place if you need to wake up in the middle of the night to go for a drink or toilet! This cream leaves the feet feeling very soft and supply and reduces the hardness of skin on the bottom of your feet. Definitely a bonus for me!

I also love the cute packaging of this product. It is pink and colorful and definitely stands out in the shops. I love the fact that soap and glory used a bit of humor on this product as well. 'Heel Genius was tested on people...you might argue this if you'd seen the condition of some of their feet! Yeesh!' Things like this definitely amuse me! Ahhh the little things in life! Soap and Glory Heel Genius can be bought from boots for £5.50.

Have you ever used a foot cream before? Do you have dry feet like me? Have you been tempted by this product? Let me know in the comments section below!

Review | Soap & Glory Heel Genius

Hello everyone! Hope you've all had a fantastic week! I thought that I would do a review of Soap and Glory's Heel Genius today. Foot creams aren't exactly the most talked about product within the beauty community purely because nearly everyone, including me absolutely hates feet. However in the summer time we all tend to have our feet out a lot more. This then leads to dry feet which isn't exactly the most pleasant thing to have. I mentioned this product in a couple of posts before. You can check them out HERE &  HERE

Hello Guys! Hope you're all having a fabulous weekend so far. I know most of you out there would have finished school or college for the summer or maybe like me you have even already graduated and are ready for the next chapter in your life! Biggest Congratulations to you!

I was tagged by the lovely and gorgeous Laura Beth to do this tag. I love doing tag posts because you always get to know the person behind the blog a little bit better which is good as you know they are not a robot behind the screen. If you didn't already know I have already done a separate 'Get To Know Me' post so click HERE to have a read. It is not an actual award in case you were wondering. At least I don't think it is. What I do know however, is that this is a great way to discover new blogs.

So what are the rules of this tag you might be asking. Well the rules are:
  1. Answer the 11 questions given to you by the tagger
  2. Choose 11 bloggers with 200 followers or under to give the award to and link them in your post
  3. Create 11 new questions for those chosen bloggers to answer
  4. Make sure to tell them they are tagged by mentioning them on twitter OR leaving a comment on their blog. I think twitter would be the easiest way to let them know.
  5. Make sure to not tag the person who tagged you as obviously they have already done this post themselves.
That is it! 5 simple rules to follow. So let's get right into Laura's questions.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?
Either America or Australia I am not at all fussed. I have always wanted to live in New York as the city is just absolutely amazing and full of life and culture. I would love to live in Australia as I have a step brother over there and I would be able to see and be closer to him and my niece and nephew as well.

What is your natural hair colour?
My natural hair color is dark brown. However it also has bits of red and bits of blonde hair mixed into it as well. It is quite an unusual colour that nobody really has. I always used to get complimented on it when I was younger and still do to this day. It is not that visible in pictures though.

If you could only have 3 make up products what would they be?
Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation, any form of sheer lip gloss and my rimmel stay matte foundation. I definitely could not live without these three items.

What is your best childhood memory?
My 9th Birthday in Mauritius which is a tiny island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. On this birthday me and my family went around the majority of the island and spent the whole day at different beaches swimming, eating birthday cake and celebrating. This is definitely something I'll never be able to forget. I have also been lucky enough to have celebrated quite a few birthdays in Cannes in the south of France to so I consider myself very lucky.

What are two things you couldn't live without?
My i-phone and my laptop. I don't think I can ever switch phones now that I have had an i-phone. My laptop obviously because I love to blog and wouldn't be able to do this without it.

What is your all time favorite eye shadow combo?
I have never been someone who wears a lot of eye shadow so therefore I do not have a favorite combo. Sorry!

Name your favorite blogger
My favorite blogger would have to be Kayleigh from Couture Girl. She is just such a lovely person and we have similar make up and fashion tastes so her blog is always one I go to when it comes to hauls and new make up products she is testing out. She's absolutely gorgeous and a fabulous writer so if you haven't checked out her blog you are missing out.

What do you want to be when you're older?
This is another question I can't answer. There are so many things I want to be involved in. Media, music and PR stuff,
tourism and travel, marketing etc there is just so much I would like to do so there is not a particular job role that comes to mind.

Do you watch youtube videos? If so who's videos are your favorites to watch?
I do yes! I absolutely love Zoella of course. She's so lovely and so gorgeous and she always manages to put me in a good mood and another youtuber who I absolutely love is the lovely Gabriella who also happens to be a good friend from VelvetGh0st as well. I will admit that since I've started to blog I read more blogs and spend more time on here than I do on youtube. But I'll always watch both these girls videos.

What did you study at school?
If we are talking about GCSE's then Drama, Sociology, Leisure and Tourism, Health and Social Care, Textiles (we had to do a Design and Technology option). For a levels I didn't actually do a levels. I did a BTEC National Diploma in Travel and Tourism instead.

Which celebrity do you wish you were best friends with?
Jennifer Lawrence definitely. She's just got such a good personality and seems so much fun and such an easy person to get a long with as well so yeah I'd definitely like to be best friends with her.

So those were all Laura's questions. I enjoyed answering them and I hope you've enjoyed reading my answers  and learning a bit more about me. I tag the following people to take part in this:

If you've been tagged these are the 11 questions for you to answer and give a little bit more about yourselves:
  1. What are your top 5 favorite songs?
  2. If you only had a month to live what would you do?
  3. What is your favorite movie?
  4. What is your favorite place to go shopping for clothes?
  5. What is your favorite brand of make up?
  6. What ONE make up item could you not live the house without?
  7. What has been your biggest accomplishment so far in your life?
  8. What is the first thing you notice about people?
  9. What are your hobbies?
  10. What is the furthest you've been from home?
  11. What is number one on your list of things to do before you die?
I hope you all enjoyed this little tag. I know this is quite a lengthy post but I personally enjoyed it and I hope you do too!! Leave me a comment below to let me know what you thought of this post!

Hello everyone! Hope you are all having a fantastic Friday and enjoying this glorious sunshine. If you didn't know yesterday I graduated from university at Westminster Cathedral. It was an absolutely beautiful day and I cannot believe that I now have a degree. It's crazy. If you would like a Graduation post with pictures and everything please let me know in the comments below.

Now I know it is way to hot for make up as in this weather it just melts off your face however because it was my graduation and because I was getting photos taken professionally I had to wear a little bit more make up than I would have liked, especially as my skin has been quite naughty lately and is breaking out spots in every corner. Not good at all.

On Wednesday I went shopping with my mum to look for an outfit for my graduation. We weren't able to find one as I just couldn't find a dress I actually liked. Why does every single shop have dresses that just stick to you? I'd like a nice floaty loose dress and I literally could not find one. It was literally so annoying. If you know of places (not online) that sell loose floaty dresses please let me know.

Anyway, all was not lost as we did end up buying some make up. I've been needing a new foundation for quite a while as my previous one has run out and then I bought another one in the wrong shade by mistake so when I finally went I decided that instead of looking around and trying all the foundations that I haven't tried before I just went for one I had previously used. The foundation I purchased was the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum foundation. My mum is currently using this foundation so I was borrowing hers for a few days, however because I had used the radiance reveal version before and I absolutely loved it so I thought it was about time I purchased my own bottle of the serum one. I have noticed that this is actually more recommended than the 'radiance reveal' foundation.

The Bourjois Health Mix Serum is known to give skin a radiance boost. This is from the gel within the foundation that contains a vitamin rich fruit therapy formula. The formula contains litchi, goji berries, and pomegranates. This is designed to give you an even complexion as well as an anti-fatigue finish which is good as in this heat you just don't sleep well at all so the fact this reduces the appearance of tiredness is a plus in my books.

On application this foundation just glides over your skin and blends into it perfectly. All the imperfections and blemishes on the skin are removed and I find this foundation definitely improves the radiance of your skin as well which is good as this is one of the main reasons I bought it. I wear the shade '53- Light Beige'. It just blends into my skin tone perfectly and leaves a really natural finish to the point where people have actually asked me if I'm wearing make up because it's just really natural and leaves an absolutely flawless finish.

The main reason for the flawless and natural finish I think is because this foundation is quite warm and yellow toned which makes it very easy to match your skin colour. The texture of this foundation is quite thick because it is a gel therefore I think with this foundation less is definitely more, unless you want a really cakey finish. In my opinion this foundation has medium coverage and even though claims to leave a semi-matte finish can look quite dewy. This isn't a surprise to me as all the foundations I've tried claim to leave a different finish compared to the finish they do end up leaving.

Overall, of both the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundations I've tried the serum is definitely my favorite. It smells absolutely gorgeous, leaves the most perfect finish and improves the radiance of your skin. If you haven't tried this product yet I would definitely recommend it, especially if like me you don't really like very high coverage.

Have you tried both the Bourjois foundations? Do you have a preference? Are there any other drugstore foundations that you think are better than this one? Leaves your comments below and we can have a little chat!

Hi everyone! So today is the hottest day of the year so far, so I thought that I would sit outside in the sunshine and write this blog post for you all, however it just way to hot so I've decided to come back inside my house. I love this weather but too hot is not good.

I've been reading blogs for nearly 2 years now. I've learnt a lot from how to write, what type of lighting to use for pictures, how not to spam my link on other blogs and more importantly to make sure I have fun whilst I'm doing it. There is no point in blogging if you do not enjoy what you do. I love the satisfaction of waking up, setting a couple of hours aside for taking photographs for a post and then writing it up. The finished result just makes it that little bit more enjoyable, exciting and worthwhile for me.

This morning when I woke up I saw that I had received a package. To my delight it was the personalized blogging book that I ordered literally 2 days ago. How fast is their delivery service? I was very impressed. The book is such good quality and such a good size. It is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I already have a lot of notebooks at home however I thought I'd purchase this one and make it strictly for blogging. I originally saw this book on the lovely Couture Girl's blog and thought what a fantastic idea. I love the design of the book and the fact that it could be personalized as well.

As you can see I opted for the Green cover that is sprinkled with little hearts on. Since green is my favorite color and I absolutely love hearts I thought this was the perfect option. I added 'Fleur's Blogging Book' to the cover as well so it stands out from all my other diaries and notebooks in my room. Inside there are sheets and sheets of plain paper making it perfect for brainstorming different ideas that I have for posts. I'll be using this book for planning when my posts will go up, what photos I'll need to take, any products that I need to test and just use this for everything blogging basically. This book will definitely become very useful and I will be getting lots of use from it.

Now I know the question on all your lips so I will get onto that part now. I purchased this from the Getting Personal website. They have hundreds of products on their website and if you are interested in getting a notebook like this one but do not want this design then they also have loads of other different designs and notebooks to suit your requirements. The notebook was £8.99 and like I said at the beginning of this post the book arrived within two days.

How adorable is this? I was so surprised when I check my emails later that night and saw this on the confirmation of my order email. I know that they would send this sort of thing to everyone who places an order with them but I am not going to lie when I say this did make me feel a little bit special. This is absolutely fantastic marketing from the company. Getting Personal is also a website that would be perfect for personalized presents and I definitely know where I'll be heading if I am stuck for gift ideas in the future.

Have you ever used 'Getting Personal' before? If not, would it be a website you like the look of and will be using in the future? Do you also like the look of this book? Leave me your comments below and I will make sure to reply.

Hello Everyone! Hope you're all having a lovely day. How gorgeous is the weather today? It is just so lovely and extremely hot. If you have a pool in this weather you are extremely lucky! That would literally be my idea of heaven. I can just picture myself on a while lilo on the pool with a glass of wine in my hands and a box of chocolates. It would be absolutely perfect.

Anyway, better get back to the point of this post. I have been in search of a good day cream for quite a long time now. I just can't ever seem to find one that suits all my requirements. Nearly all the creams that I use seem to have a greasy texture to it and makes my face look pretty shiny and some creams make my face feel quite wet and sweaty. Sexy right? No I didn't think so.

About a week ago I decided to purchase this cream. Now I have heard a lot about simple cream both good and bad but I decided to purchase it anyway just so I could see for myself what it was like and I needed a cream anyway. This review is mainly a very positive one.

As you can see from the above pictures the packaging gives so much information which I actually love. It tells you what their philosophy is and I absolutely love the quote that is on the packaging as well. 'A laugh is a smile that grows'. It is a beautiful quote and definitely something that attracted me to purchase this product. It is definitely a quote that can make you feel better about yourself.

The packaging also contains the ingredients to the product. I ALWAYS without fail make sure that I check the ingredients before purchasing a product. This is purely because I have bought certain creams that just make me break out into a million spots and I've also had allergic reactions to some which definitely isn't good. I love the fact that this cream has pro vitamin B5 and Vitamin E. These vitamins are known to be excellent for the skin as they reduce skin aging, hyper pigmentation and redness on the skin. This information definitely backs up the 'Kind To Skin' claim that Simple makes. I also love the fact that this cream keeps up the protection for practically a whole entire day.

The packaging of the cream is something that I am quite unimpressed with. I find it to be quite unhygienic. Most creams that I've used in the past have got a protective cover on them when you take the lid off, just to stop the cream from falling out and going everywhere. Because of this it is definitely not a product that I will take travelling as I'd be worried about it spilling in my bag. However saying that I love the bright green lid. This is definitely a feature that makes it easy to identify and stand out. Like the box the cream originally came in the tub also contains information on the cream. I love how it is simplified. '2 vitamins, 4 skin loving ingredients & 0 artificial perfume or colors'. That is literally all you need to know!

The most important part of this product is obviously the cream itself and I think it is excellent. The consistency is a little watery which I was worried about because I thought it might be a bit greasy and oily when applying it. Even though it does feel this way on application it doesn't leave that oily finish to your face which is one of the things I hate the most so this pleased me a lot. It is quite cool and refreshing on your skin as well which is actually perfect for the hot weather we are getting at the moment.

Whilst we are on the subject of hot weather this product also contains SPF  15 giving your skin the protection it needs from the sun. Even though I know it will protect my skin I absolutely hate the feeling of piling on loads and loads of sunscreen. It just seems to take forever to sink in. However with the Simple Day Cream I am able to give my skin the protection it deserves whilst feeling moisturized.

Overall this product is surely going to become one of my obsessions to use. The moisturizer is super light, contain SPF 15 and contains the vitamins and nutrients that will be extremely friendly to my skin. This cream is for everyone however will benefit you the most if you suffer from sensitive skin. This retails at £5.59 from Superdrug and even though it is quite steep for a cream I would highly recommend it. For something that provides your skin with vitamins and nutrients and protects it from the sun it is definitely worth every single penny.

Review | Simple Vital Vitamin Day Cream
