Hey everyone. Hope you've all been having a good weekend so far. As it is the final day of June I thought that I would do my June Favorites. I actually cannot believe I am saying that! It seems like just a week ago I did my May Favorites. Where is this year going? Now compared to the past two months I haven't really used that many products. But these are the products that I have been loving throughout June.

Soap and Glory Heel Genius - £5.50 from Boots

At the beginning of this month I decided to go and have a pedicure. I don't have the nicest feet in the world so I thought it was about time I sorted them out. Once I had that done I got told to put cream onto my feet each night in order to make sure they don't dry out. I was using this cream already anyway so I decided to carry on and I just absolutely love it. It has a gel like blue consistency that becomes more like cream once you start to apply it. However its best to apply it just before bed rather than during the day because it takes a while for the moisture to lock in. You definitely do not want to be slipping and sliding around your house all day! I tend to wear very thin cotton socks over my feet at night in order to lock in the moisture. My feet never feel better once I've woken up. It leaves them feeling very soft and reduces the hard skin on the bottom of your feet. Definitely a bonus for me.

Taylor Swift's Wonderstruck Perfume - £28.00 from Superdrug

I mentioned this perfume in my May Favorites post as well, but I have just not stopped using it. It is just such a gorgeous perfume. Being a sweet scent lover this ticks all the boxes for what I look for when purchasing a perfume. Very floral, fruity, sweet and girly scents mixed together to create such a gorgeous perfume. You don't have to be a Taylor Swift fan to use this perfume as the scent will just draw you in anyway.

MAC Baking Beauties Collection Pink Buttercream Face Powder/Blusher - £21.50 from MAC

I first saw this product on one of my friend's instagram account and feel in love immediately. I have never owned a mac product in my life before so when I saw this I did not hesitate to purchase it. It is just so gorgeous. I find this can be used as a powder, blusher and highlighter as well. I think the main purpose of this product was for it to be used as a highlighter however for me I tend to use it more as a blusher and I was quite surprised at how nice it looks with my skin tone. It doesn't show up as strong on me as it would on someone with a much lighter skin tone however I do see the results so in my opinion I think it's definitely a product than can be used on every skin tone.

Sleek Au Natural Eye Shadow Palette - £7.99 from Superdrug

If you read my Mini Sleek Haul then you will know that I absolutely love this product. It is just perfect for me considering I like more nude and neutral colors purely for the reason I feel they just look better on me. There are 8 matte colors contained within the palette and 4 shimmery colors which gives that perfect mixture to create every day and evening looks. Since I've had this palette the colors that I have mainly used have been conker (first bottom shadow), taupe (third bottom shadow) and mineral earth (forth bottom shadow). I just love this palette and sleek so much.

Mango Body Mist - £7.50 from The Body Shop

If you read my blog regularly then you will know how much I love the mango range from the body shop. If you read my Body Shop Mist Review post then you will know how much I love this. The scent is very sweet but not too overpowering. I love that there are hints of vanilla and citrus within this body mist. If you haven't tried it already I would definitely recommend this body mist.

Mango Lip Butter - £4.00 from The Body Shop

Again with the Mango here but I just cannot get enough. Such a gorgeous scent, very moisturizing, very soft when applying it. I know for a lot of people £4.00 might seem a bit steep for a lip balm however I definitely think that it is worth it. It leaves a nice clear gloss on your lips too however you do need to keep reapplying it throughout the day as you can feel when your lips are starting to dry up.

Summer Scoop Small Jar Yankee Candle - £8.39 from The Yankee Candle Website/Shop

If you read my Yankee Candle post then you know these are my favorite candles by far. I just love the scent, how cute the jars are and just how strong but not to overpowering the scents are. Summer Scoop is a scent that was released as part of their summer collection and I absolutely love it. It smells of summer fruits and ice cream. It is such a gorgeous scent and perfect for those cool summer nights outside on the terrace or a balcony.

So as you can see I didn't really use any new products this month, however I have enjoyed using these products immensely. Have you got any of these products? What is your take on them? What have been your favorite items throughout June? If you have a blog and have already done a June Favorites post please link it below and I will check it out.

Monthly Favorites | June

What have been your favorite items throughout June? If you have a blog and have already done a June Favorites post please link it below and I will check it out.

Hey everyone! Hope you are all having a lovely Saturday. Today I thought I would do a post regarding my favorite lip products. My lips need a lot of care purely because they get very dry and chap easily it doesn't matter what time of the year it is. Obviously it is 10x worse in the winter but they also need a lot of protection in the Summer too. These are all the lip products I am currently loving and using at the moment.

The models own lip balms are fairly new to my collection. I have only had them for about a week and I really like them. They smell absolutely gorgeous and have a slight flavor to them. I also love the fact that they have got SPF15 in them which adds that added protection to your lips as well. I am not a huge fan of the packaging. Despite it being easier than other lip balms to open the packaging is quite rubbery and cheap. But for £4.00 I think I can forgive that.

This is definitely my staple item. I think this is like my 5th tube. It is just so moisturizing and smells and tastes absolutely delicious too. It leaves a very pretty gloss on your lips too and I've always been someone who has to have shine on her lips. I hate them plain and looking dry and chapped. Not a good look.

This is one of my newest purchases. I got this gloss in the shade 'Nova'.  I absolutely love this gloss and to be honest that fact came as a bit of a shock to me. It is a very pigmented gloss and if you know me at all then you would know that bright stand out colors are not really my thing. This lip glosses have quite a matte finish rather than a shiny finish which is what I prefer in meaning that it can dry out quite quickly. A quick top up usually solves this problem though. The wand is also slightly angled and has a dip as well meaning that quite a lot of product turns up on the wand so you don't need to keep dipping it into the tube. I haven't used this much unless I'm going out because on me I find it's more of an evening color.

These were actually in a  bronzing kit that my aunt bought me as a Christmas Present. They are very sheer glosses which I actually like. They don't really have any taste or fancy scent to them. They are just simple glosses if you fancy a bit of shine on your lips. My favorite is the Apricot blush one as I find it leaves a nicer finish on my lips.

I have always been a lip gloss fan. I spotted this gloss in Superdrug and picked it up right away. This color is 'Pop Your Pink' and it is a lovely opaque pink gloss. I was quite surprised by this as I actually expected it to be a lot more pigmented, however I find for me this is not the case which I love. Definitely a favorite at the moment.

Carmex have been making lipbalms for literally years. It is definitely a firm favorite amongst the beauty community and I have no seen one bad review for this gloss. The one I picked up was the Cherry Carmex compared to the normal one. I can't really say much for this lip balm as it is all listed on the packaging. It does exactly what it says. It soothes, it relieves and it most definitely moisturizes. I'd say this is the perfect balm for the winter months. Again it has the SPF15 logo on it which means it is very useful during the summer months when protecting your lips from the sun.

I have everything mango from the body shop and when I spotted this I did not hestiate to pick it up. They are super moisturizing and leave your lips looking and feeling incredibly soft and healthy too. If you haven't tried the body shop lip balms or are looking for a new balm to try definitely try this one.

Soap and Glory to me are definitely one of the best brands around. I absolutely love the smell of their products and I've yet to come across a soap and glory product that I don't like. It wasn't until about 2 months ago I discovered they done lip balms so I decided to purchase this product. It is one of my favorite lip balms ever. It is so moisturizing  leaves a nice shine on your lips which I find quite unusual for lip balms and it also tastes delicious which is yeah you guessed it one of my favorite  features. Definitely give this a whirl if you haven't already.

We all know limited edition never actually means limited edition because a year or so later they can still be spotted in certain shops on the high street. This product is no exception. I've been through about 3 of these. I've never actually been a vaseline fan. I just don't like the formula of the products or the texture and I really don't like the smell either however I just had to try this out when it came out. I'm not the biggest fan of this product to be honest. The scent is pretty strong which is off putting when applying it. However the one aspect of this product I do like is that it leaves a slightly pink tint on your lips. Like the other vaseline formulas it still keeps the moisture locked into your lips.

I love Nivea products. Their facial moisturizers are definitely firm favorites of mine and have been for a good number of years now. This lip balm is moisturizing and has a very sweet raspberry scent to it as well. It lives a slightly pink tint on your lips as well which I love.

I have nothing really to say about this balm other than I don't really like it. It leaves a horrible sheen on my lips and does not suit my skin tone at all. Saying that it does leave them very moisturized and because of that reason I do use it. However I only use it in the house, I never use it when out as it does leave a pretty horrible finish on my lips.

Instagram introduced me to the wonders of Cath Kidston and I absolutely love this lip gloss. It has a fresh rose scent which is not to strong and also the gloss is opaque and leaves a gorgeous shiny finish on my lips. I do find that this gloss does have a slight watery consistency to it which I don't like but I guess that is why the gloss is very shiny. Either way it is a gorgeous lip gloss so check it out if you haven't already.

This lip gloss actually came in the latest issue of Glamour. I had never heard of this company before but from the price of this lip gloss it is definitely not your regular high street bargain. This lip gloss is priced at £25 so I felt quite lucky when I got it free with a magazine. I absolutely love this lip gloss. It leaves a very glossy finish on my lips and it isn't too pigmented either. The application of the gloss is very smooth and you don't need to keep reapplying the gloss as it stays on for most of the day.The packaging is so cute as well especially as it has a mirror which makes it easy to see exactly where the lip gloss is going.

If you follow me on twitter or instagram or know me in real life then you will know I am absolutely obsessed with these lip butters. If you read my April Favorites post then you would have seen that I mentioned these. I mentioned that I thought they are basically lip glosses in lip stick form. As someone who doesn't like lipsticks this for me is a great alternative. They come in such pretty colors and are also super moisturizing. I could not recommend these enough especially if you are like me and are not a huge fan of very pigmented lipsticks.

The Just Bitten Kissable Lip Stains from Revlon are definitely one of my favorite things to keep in my make up bag. I love the scent to these handy little sticks and I love how easy they are to apply to your lips as well. It is so easy to reapply the color throughout the day as well.  The finish it leaves on your lips is not too glossy but not to matte either. I love the peppermint smell that you get with these product too. I just think that it is super pretty.

You would have already seen on my blog that I have raved about these items. I am just in love with these lip scrubs. They just leave my lips feeling so soft. I tend to use this twice a day in order to make sure that all the dead and dry skin is removed before I apply my lip gloss, balm or one of the lip butters. These are edible and licking them off my lips once I have finished applying them is definitely my favorite part.

Phew, this is definitely my longest post yet so if you have read it till the end then thank you!! I know I have been a bit repetitive and used the word moisturize a lot but I do love a good moisturizing lip balm/gloss/butter in case I haven't made that clear already! Do you use any of these products? What are you favorite lip products? Also if you would like a more in depth and full review of each of these products please tell me below.

So as you can probably tell from the title, this will be a more personal post just so that you can all get to know me a bit better. I thought that I would start doing more personal posts instead of just beauty blogs because in my personal opinion I find blogs a lot more interesting when they have a more personal touch to them. I love to know the person behind a blog isn't a robot if you know what I mean.

This post will involve places around the world that I would love to see. If you know me then you will know I absolutely love travelling. If you don't know me and are reading this post then it probably won't come as much of a shock to you to know that I studied Travel and Tourism for 2 years at college before pursuing a 3 year BA course at University in Tourism Management which I have just completed. Travelling has always been something that I enjoy however I will admit that I do tend to get a bit of travel sickness which is never good.

In my (almost) 22 years of life I have been to many different places both outbound and domestically as well. When travelling outside of the UK the places that have been visited include Mauritius, France, Barcelona and Magaluf. Within the UK I have travelled to Devon, Yorkshire, Cornwall and Scotland.

Mauritius is a very small island that is located within the Indian Ocean. If you look at the world map you can see that it is next to Madagascar on the map. Now even though I have already been to Mauritius twice I was only 5 years old the first time and 9 years old the second time and I have a memory like Dory from finding Nemo and other than my uncle's wedding I actually do not remember much so I really do want to go back. I would love to see all my family again. I haven't seen most of my aunts, uncles and cousins for nearly 13 years. It would just be amazing to go back.

How is the weather you may ask? Well, what you see from the picture above is literally what you get. Beautiful beaches, hot sunny weather, it is basically like paradise. I am hoping to go towards the end of this year as that is when the weather is the best in Mauritius but to be honest it's nice all year round. I know not many people would have been to this place so if you are looking for a get away or are looking for a honeymoon location then this is the perfect place for you.

I think everyone knows how much I want to go to New York. It is literally number one on my list right now. I just really want to go. Spending a day at Central Park, going to see a broadway show in the evening. Like I do live in London and obviously Hyde Park and the West End are equivalent to those things but I don't know America has just had my attention for so long now. I wanted to go so badly at one point I even bought a New York Guidebook for 2013. I'm hoping next year I will get the opportunity to go.

I have been to France literally over 10 times. It's actually ridiculous and I have never seen Paris. How ridiculous is that? Paris has always been a city that has interested me. I want to climb the Eiffel tower, go shopping down the Champs Elysees, take a trip to Disneyland and just enjoy the lovely french cuisine. Paris is literally the main place in France that I have left to see. I know my parents are planning to one day move to France in the future so I'm pretty sure I'll be lucky enough to eventually see this beautiful city.

Rome - The Eternal City. Italy has always been on my 'Top 5 Places To Go List'. I absolutely adore Italian music, I love the italian cuisine and I love how beautiful and historic the city is. Not to mention Italy plays host to some of the world's most handsome men! Hopefully some day in the future I will get to stand by the Trevi Fountain and throw a coin in from behind and make a wish! The fountain is just absolutely beautiful and has definitely been on my list of places to visit for quite some time now.

Venice has got to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. I love the fact that it is mainly water. The ideal to travel around the whole city by boat is just such a fab idea for me. Considering I live in London I always use buses and train so to get away from that and use a different and more unique method of transport is just such a fabulous idea to me.

If you didn't already know I've been studying travel and tourism for the past few years. However one thing that angers me is that this place was never mentioned. I never heard of this place until I watched the film 'Letters To Juliet' and I absolutely fell in love with it. It is absolutely beautiful. If I visit this place I would love to visit all the vineyards that are located near by in order to try all the different wine (No I'm not an alcoholic but who doesn't love a cheeky glass of wine every now and then), I would love to visit Juliet's House where people from all around the world go to leave letters on the wall of the house. It just seems like such a gorgeous place.

I hope you enjoyed reading this post. Are there any places on my list that you would like to go? Have you been to any of these places? Do you have your own list of places to visit?

Hello Everyone! So I thought I would do a different post today. As you may or may not have heard Google Reader will soon be disappearing. However a site called Bloglovin' will be taking it's place.

Bloglovin' is a great way to follow your favorite blogs, group them into categories and also makes it a lot easier to keep up to date with your favorite bloggers. One of the main benefits of this website is that it allows you to mark what posts you have already read. This is a great way of making sure that you don't miss a post from your favorite bloggers.

It is free to sign up. If you are not yet registered all you have to do is follow each of the stages that are listed below:

  1. Go to Bloglovin'
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Connect with your facebook or sign up using your email address
  4. Import your own blog if you have one ('claim blog' button)
  5. Import all the blogs you followed on google reader. To make it easier for you here is the link if you just wish to import all the blogs you currently follow: http://www.bloglovin.com/import/reader
  6. Once you have signed up to bloglovin' and have registered your own blog then you will be able to place a widget into your blog. To do this just go to layout and it should be fairly self explanatory.
  7. Voila, you'll all set to go.

One of the great things about having a bloglovin' account is that if you are also lucky enough to have an iphone then you will also be able to download the bloglovin' app which is free from the App Store. This means that you will be able to read blogs on the go to. It is a great little app.

Sleek Make Up has been a brand I have had my eyes on for quite a while now.  I first caught sight of their palettes in one of youtuber Zoella's videos. What drew me in was the colors that are contained within each product and how they seem to be very highly pigmented. I also love the cute black packaging and the huge mirrors as well. That just makes it absolutely perfect for touching up your make up on the go or doing your make up on the tube or buses if you are like me and are always running late for something!

On my little trip to Superdrug the other day I decided to purchase the the au natural eye shadow palette, the lace blush by 3 palette and the new eye shadow palette from the limited edition candy collection they have released for summer. I will be going over my favorite aspects of each of these products in more detail below.

I-Divine Au Natural Palette
I am a girl who loves her nude and natural colors so when I saw this palette I didn't hesitate to purchase it. The colors are just so gorgeous and natural and without this sounding big headed will suit me perfectly. I love  that when you open the palettes inside there are the names of all the different eye shadow colors. I know most people probably take them out and throw them away but I like to keep them there because I am a forgetful person.

As you can see from the picture the palette contains 12 colors. Most of these colors are matte and then there are 4 shadows that are quite shimmery and sparkly which is perfect for dressing up a look. My  personal favorites are Cappuccino, Toast, Taupe and Conker. I think taupe and conker blend together perfectly as well. The palette also comes with an applicator which is very good. I will probably keep this in the palette in case I go out and forget my eye shadow brush. The colors are also so pigmented which I absolutely love. The colors on the palette are exactly what you get when you apply it. You could also make many different combinations with the colors too. I just love this palette and can tell that I will probably be going through it quite quickly so if you haven't bought it yet I would recommend it.

Once I have used this palette more I will be doing a FULL review with swatches so if you would like to see that please let me know in the comments section.

i-Divine Candy Collection Limited Edition Eye Shadow
I saw this eye shadow on display a couple of weeks ago and fell in love immediately! Just look at the colors! They are so gorgeous and obviously they are absolutely perfect for this time of year. However and I am going to be honest here, I was so far out of my comfort zone when choosing this product it's not even funny. I am not a brights kinda girl. Not for facial make up anyway. Nail polish, clothing yeah okay fine! Definitely not make up! But I am so excited to try this.

Again the palette comes equipped with eye shadow names, big mirror and brush. The shadows are incredibly pigmented which is something I am worried about and in all honesty I really do not know how much I will be using this product. My favorite colors in this palette are Palma Violet and Blue Fizzle with my least favorites being Pear Drop and Strawberry Sherbet. Don't get me wrong they look absolutely beautiful in the palette but they really do not suit my skin tone at all. I guess I need to experiment more in order to try and make them work. All of these colors are very matte which are perfect for everyday wear if you like to be a bit wild and carefree with your eye makeup during the day! Like I've mentioned though I really do not know how much use I'll get out of this palette which is a shame as I really like them but we will see.

Again, once I have used this palette more I will be doing a FULL review with swatches so if you would like to see that please let me know in the comments section.

Sleek By 3 Blush in Lace
This product is probably one of my favorite buys ever. I've been after their blush by 3 palettes for months now and when I saw this I didn't hesitate to buy it. The blush contains 3 matte and shimmer shades. They are all peachy orange shades which are absolutely perfect for the summer months.

Like with the candy palette these colors are not exactly what I am used to however I will try and make it work. I find that these colors will actually suit any skin tone. The colors are Crochet which is the first bright orange color, the middle color is Guipure which is more shimmery I think absolutely gorgeous. I find that this color can also be used as a highlighter as well. The final more coral color is called Chantilly which has a pinkish undertone to it. As these blushes are very highly pigmented I find that 2 or 3 sweeps over the cheeks give a really nice glow and finish.

Like with the previous two products once I have used this palette more I will be doing a FULL review with swatches so if you would like to see that please let me know in the comments section.

Do you have any of these palettes? What are your opinions of them? Can you recommend me any more sleek palettes?
